Spouse Nation helps military spouses to grow personally and connect to industry while navigating their career path.
Ongoing personal development is often one of the biggest drivers of long-term career success!
Setting personal and professional goals, and having an action plan is an integral part of achieving
your dreams. The goal of our partners is to merge a robust network of mentors and coaches with
a career progression and employment expertise that will improve morale and welfare of our
military communities and empower our military spouses to achieve their dreams.
As a supportive community, military spouses already mentor fellow spouses through the other
challenges of military life like deployment and separation, multiple PCS events, and raising your
military family. It is a natural fit to add employment support to the mentoring role.
A Coach helps you move forward in a positive direction towards your goal. They are trained and certified in professional coaching techniques to get out of you what you want for yourself. They are not necessarily experts in your field of interest, but they are experts in helping you achieve your goals.
A Mentor is someone that uses their own life skills to guide you to your goals. It is a learning and development partnership between someone with vast experience and someone who wants to learn. A Mentor is usually someone with an expertise in a field the mentee is interested in.
Learn about yourself in a new way, understand your values, personal motivators, your professional strengths, and areas you want to develop or improve.
